AI Transparency

We want you to clearly know what on this website is created by people and where we use artificial intelligence (AI). In the spirit of transparency and in line with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), below we explain where and how we use AI — and where we deliberately do not.

1. Where we use AI

Code & functionality. Some of the styles, scripts and performance optimizations may be built with the help of AI. Every line is reviewed, tested and published by a human.
Text. Some text (e.g. policies, descriptions) may be prepared with AI assistance and checked by us before publishing.
Translations. Language versions may be produced with automatic translation and reviewed by a human.
Images & media. When an image, illustration or video is generated or processed with AI, it is labelled as such. Real photos stay real.
Chat / support. If a chat or assistant is present on the site, it may be powered by AI rather than a human — this is clearly indicated within the chat.

2. Where we do not use AI

We do not make automated decisions that significantly affect you, and we do not build profiles of you.
Prices, product data, reviews and other key information are real and entered by us. Reviews are genuine.
When you contact us directly, a real person from our team answers (unless a chat is clearly labelled as AI).

3. Human oversight & responsibility

AI is a tool — it does not make the decisions. Used OEM ECU Modules & Car Parts | GiantParts remains responsible for all published content.
