Description
Original Mercedes-Benz CD changer for the W211 E-Class, supplied under primary OEM number A2118202489 with hardware reference MH3210. This unit is an in-car audio source component designed for the factory multimedia system and is suited to W211 E-Class models using this configuration.
Installed as part of the original entertainment setup, the CD changer stores and plays multiple discs through the vehicle’s head unit interface. It supports convenient disc selection from the cabin controls and works as an integrated part of the factory audio system, helping restore proper music playback and original interior functionality.
Common signs of a faulty unit include discs not loading or ejecting correctly, skipped playback, read errors, no response from the audio menu, or intermittent loss of CD changer communication. A worn or failing mechanism may also produce clicking noises, reject magazines, or fail to recognize inserted discs.
This is a used original part, removed from a vehicle and tested before sale. Match A2118202489 and MH3210 with your existing unit before ordering. Professional installation is recommended, and coding, programming or adaptation may be required depending on vehicle equipment and audio system configuration.
