This right-hand-drive headlight light control switch for the A3 and S3 8P and 8PA provides the driver-operated rotary control for the headlights, sidelights and fog lights at the dashboard, interfacing with the A3 exterior lighting circuits and body control electronics for correct lighting management across all switch positions.
A worn or faulty headlight switch on the RHD A3 or S3 8P can cause the headlights, sidelights or fog lights to stop responding to switch rotation, produce intermittent exterior lighting faults, or store fault codes in the body control or lighting modules.
