OEM part number 01208196. This genuine used BMW steering column combination switch fits the E87 1 Series and E84 X1 and is supplied genuine used, tested and ready to install.
The steering column combination switch provides driver control over direction indicators, main and dipped beam switching, headlight flash, and windscreen wiper speeds and washer pump. Signals route through the body wiring harness to the body control module and indicator relay, which activate the relevant exterior lighting circuits and wiper motor speed.
Indicators not activating or self-cancelling, wipers unresponsive or running at incorrect speed, headlight flash failing, intermittent switch operation, broken or stiff stalk, fault codes in the body electronics for the combination switch.
