This Becker BE6394 unit integrates the radio tuner and K-Box audio processor functions within the MMI 2G system of the A6, S6 and RS6 C6, processing AM and FM broadcast signals and managing audio signal routing and amplification to the vehicle’s speaker system in coordination with the MMI head unit.
A faulty unit can result in loss of AM and FM radio reception, absence of audio through the speaker system, or disruption to signal routing between the MMI and the speakers, while navigation and display functions within the MMI 2G system remain unaffected.
