This LED indicator is mounted in the left exterior wing mirror of the Q7 and SQ7 4M, activating with the left indicator circuit to project a lateral turn signal from the mirror body, enhancing directional visibility to other road users on the left side of the vehicle during lane changes and turns.
Failure of this LED unit causes the left mirror signal to remain unlit during left indicator operation, which may illuminate a bulb failure warning on the instrument cluster and leaves the lateral turn signal position on the left side without illumination.
