Description
OEM number 4533591 — a genuine used, tested BMW E46 3 Series (1997–2006) Comfort Control Module (CCM) sourced directly from a factory-fitted vehicle and verified operational before listing.
This CCM controls central locking for all doors and the boot lid, one-touch travel for all electric windows, the remote key comfort-close function, and interior and courtesy lighting sequences. Communication with body electronics runs over the vehicle bus network.
Signs of CCM failure include all doors failing to lock or unlock via the remote, windows losing their one-touch function, interior and courtesy lighting becoming erratic or failing entirely, and a comfort-close system that will not activate.
Ensure the OEM number corresponds to your original part before ordering. Professional installation is recommended. ISTA/P or ISTA/D coding is required after fitting to pair and configure the module. 14-day returns accepted on unmodified items.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
