Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

GiantParts Ltd. supplies original (OEM) used car parts for a wide range of vehicles — European, Japanese, American and others. Because used electronic and mechanical parts are involved, our return policy is narrowly defined to cover only genuine faults and misdescribed or incorrectly supplied items. This policy explains when a return is accepted, which items cannot be returned, liability limits, and buyer responsibilities.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Faulty on arrival — the part does not work on initial testing/installation.
• Not as described — the part significantly differs from the listing description.
• Wrong part supplied — we sent a part different from the one ordered.

Returns are not accepted where the buyer has simply changed their mind or no longer needs the part.

Important Conditions

• Parts must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Parts must not be tampered with, opened, disassembled, flashed, or modified.
• The three anti-tamper stickers must be intact.
• Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Anti-Tamper Stickers

Each part carries 3 anti-tamper stickers placed at key points. If these stickers are broken, damaged, or removed, the right to a replacement or refund for a fault is void, as it cannot be established whether the fault occurred through opening or manipulation by the buyer.

Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns

Because these are used parts, the following categories cannot be returned for change of mind or if no longer needed. They remain returnable only if faulty on arrival, not as described, or supplied in error, within 14 calendar days of delivery:

• ECUs, ECMs, TCMs, BCMs, ABS modules, airbag modules
• Sensors, actuators, relays, comfort modules, audio/navigation units
• Immobilizer units, ELV/steering locks, key sets, ignition components
• Used wiring looms and harness assemblies
• Mechanical assemblies (engines, transmissions, differentials, pumps, turbochargers, alternators, starters, etc.)
• Chassis/suspension parts (arms, hubs, knuckles, shafts, shocks, springs, bushings, etc.)
• Interior/exterior parts (panels, trims, seats, dashboards, lights, switches, mirrors, etc.)

Cosmetic wear consistent with normal use does not count as a fault unless it was undisclosed and materially affects how the part works.

Installation & Responsibility Disclaimer

GiantParts Ltd. is not responsible for failures caused by:

• Incorrect or unskilled installation
• Damage during installation or testing
• Incorrect troubleshooting or diagnosis
• Improper handling, programming, or coding
• Software/firmware incompatibility
• Use outside the part’s intended purpose
• Attempted repairs or disassembly

We strongly recommend that installation be carried out by a qualified technician.

Compatibility Responsibility

Checking compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility.
OEM part numbers, software/firmware versions, and vehicle details must be matched by the buyer before purchase. Compatibility problems caused by buyer error cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (faulty, not as described, or wrong part supplied), we cover all return and reshipping costs.
• For any other return, return shipping is paid by the buyer.

How to Request a Return (If Eligible)

If you believe your part qualifies for return under the conditions above, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Part number and description
• Proof of issue (photos or video)

Requests are reviewed within standard business hours. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refund Method

If a return is approved and the part is received in the same condition as dispatched, a refund is issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary by payment provider.

Legal Rights

As a consumer, you have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
