2. Products and Condition

All items sold on GiantParts.eu are original OEM automotive parts that are used and tested, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Electronic control modules and other components may require programming or adaptation by a qualified technician. Compatibility verification is the buyer’s responsibility.

3. No Warranty

Used automotive parts are sold without warranty due to their mechanical/electronic nature and unknown installation environments. No warranty is provided for installation errors, compatibility issues, or consequential damages (labor, diagnostics, towing, etc.). For safety-critical components (e.g., airbag modules), compliance with local regulations is the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Compatibility

Compatibility depends on vehicle VIN, part numbers, software versions, and other factors. The buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase. We do not refund due to incorrect compatibility unless the item is DOA / Not-As-Described.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise. We accept card payments and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Full payment must be received before dispatch.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer EU-wide shipping through trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by destination. Once the item is handed to the courier, the risk transfers to the buyer. Tracking information is provided when available.

7. Returns and DOA Policy

We accept returns only under DOA (Dead On Arrival) or Not-As-Described conditions. To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, without opening or tampering.

7.1 Return Eligibility

You must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include:

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

Sensors / Actuators / Relays / Electronic modules
Immobilizer units / Steering locks / Key sets
Used wiring looms
Safety-critical items

No returns are accepted after installation due to electronic component sensitivity and potential damage.

7.3 Return Shipping

Buyer pays return shipping for all return requests. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless caused by an error on our side.

7.4 Return Method

If a return is approved and the item is received in the same condition as dispatched, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary based on payment provider.

8. Liability

We are not liable for diagnostic costs, labor, programming fees, towing, rental vehicles, installation costs, or consequential damages. Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended.
