2. Products and Condition

All items sold on GiantParts.eu are original OEM automotive parts that are used and tested, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Electronic control modules and other components may require programming or adaptation by a qualified technician. Compatibility verification is the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Warranty and Defects

Parts are sold as used and tested and are not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Genuine faults are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy: a return is accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery if the part is faulty on arrival, not as described, or the wrong part was supplied, provided all three anti-tamper stickers are intact. We do not cover installation errors, compatibility issues, or consequential damages (labor, diagnostics, towing, etc.). For safety-critical components (e.g., airbag modules), compliance with local regulations is the buyer’s responsibility. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

4. Compatibility

Compatibility depends on vehicle VIN, part numbers, software versions, and other factors. The buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase. We do not refund due to incorrect compatibility unless the item is faulty on arrival, not as described, or the wrong part was supplied.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise. We accept card payments and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Full payment must be received before dispatch.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer EU-wide and worldwide shipping through trusted carriers. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout, and delivery to other regions may be arranged on request. Delivery times vary by destination. Once the item is handed to the courier, the risk transfers to the buyer. Tracking information is provided when available.

7. Returns Policy

7.1 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Faulty on arrival — the part does not work on initial testing/installation.
Not as described — the part significantly differs from the listing description.
Wrong part supplied — we sent a part different from the one ordered.

Returns are not accepted where the buyer has simply changed their mind or no longer needs the part.

Important Conditions

Parts must be returned in the same condition as received.
Parts must not be tampered with, opened, disassembled, flashed, or modified.
The three anti-tamper stickers must be intact.
Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery and include your order number, the part number and product description, and proof of the issue (photos or video).

7.2 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied), we cover all return and reshipping costs. For any other return, return shipping is paid by the buyer.

7.3 Return Method

If a return is approved and the item is received in the same condition as dispatched, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary based on payment provider.

8. Liability

We are not liable for diagnostic costs, labor, programming fees, towing, rental vehicles, installation costs, or consequential damages. Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended.

10. Governing Law
