Description
Genuine BMW active seat control module for BMW models equipped with the active seat function. This used original unit is identified by OEM number 61356901559 and is designed to manage the electronics behind the active seat system within the front seat assembly.
Its job is to control the active seat function, coordinating the seat’s internal adjustment logic and operating the comfort system that creates subtle movement in the seat cushion. In vehicles with this feature, the module helps manage seat comfort functions and communication with the wider vehicle electrical system.
Common signs of a faulty unit include an inoperative active seat function, seat comfort features that stop responding, intermittent operation, warning messages, or stored seat-related fault codes. Some vehicles may also show loss of seat movement commands linked to the active seat system.
This is a used original part removed from a vehicle and tested before sale. Please match OEM number 61356901559 exactly before ordering. Professional installation is recommended, and coding, programming or adaptation may be required depending on vehicle equipment and system configuration.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
