Description
This front door module is a genuine BMW electronic control unit for E65 and E66 models, supplied under OEM number 61356922262 with hardware reference 5WK48002. It is designed for the front door electrical system and manages key door-mounted functions through the vehicle’s body electronics network.
In daily operation, the module coordinates signals between the door components and the car’s central control systems. It helps manage functions such as window operation, mirror-related electrical features, door locking communication and other front door electronics, allowing the affected door to respond correctly to driver inputs and vehicle commands.
Common signs of a faulty unit include intermittent or inoperative power window functions, door lock issues, mirror electrical faults, loss of communication with the door system or erratic front door behavior. Electrical faults within this type of module can also trigger convenience feature problems or stored body control errors.
This is a used original part removed from a vehicle and tested before sale. Please match 61356922262 and 5WK48002 exactly before ordering. Professional installation is recommended, and coding, programming or adaptation may be required depending on vehicle equipment and system configuration.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
