Description
This is a genuine BMW front door module for BMW E65 and E66 models, supplied under OEM number 61356958450 with alternate reference 5WK48002A. It is an original electronic control unit used within the front door system, managing key door-related electrical functions and communication between switches, motors and the vehicle network.
In operation, the front door module coordinates signals from the door controls and helps manage functions such as window operation, mirror-related inputs and other door electrical features fitted to the vehicle. It acts as a dedicated controller, ensuring the front door electronics respond correctly and communicate reliably with the rest of the car.
Common signs of a faulty unit include intermittent or inoperative power window functions, unresponsive door switches, mirror control issues, communication faults, or stored electrical errors linked to the front door system. In some cases, the affected door may show erratic behavior or lose certain convenience functions.
This is a used original part, removed from a vehicle and tested before sale. Match 61356958450 and 5WK48002A exactly before ordering. Professional installation is recommended, and coding, programming or adaptation may be required depending on vehicle equipment and system setup.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
