The Telestart T90 receiver module picks up the 433 MHz remote-control signal from the Webasto Telestart handset and triggers the parking heater to start, allowing the driver to pre-heat the vehicle interior and engine remotely before departure.
A faulty receiver module causes the parking heater not to respond to the Telestart remote, meaning the heater can only be activated manually on the unit itself rather than from a distance, and may also produce a fault code in the heater control unit.
