Description
OEM number 6901225, supplier reference 5DK007047-27 — a genuine used, tested BMW 5 Series E39 (1995–2003) Body / Comfort Control Module taken from a factory-equipped vehicle and confirmed working before listing.
The module handles central locking across all four doors and the boot lid, single-press electric window travel, the remote key comfort-close feature, and interior and courtesy lighting control. All signals are exchanged over the vehicle body bus network.
Signs of a failed body module include all doors refusing to respond to the remote, windows operating individually only, interior and courtesy lights becoming erratic or non-functional, and the comfort-close system ceasing to work.
Confirm both the OEM number and supplier reference match your original unit before ordering. Professional fitting is recommended. BMW ISTA coding is required following installation to configure the module for your E39. 14-day returns on unmodified items.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
