Description
BMW OEM air distribution flap actuator, part number 6912524, sourced from a genuine BMW vehicle and tested to confirm full operational function. This used OEM component is prepared for direct factory replacement.
The part actuates the internal distribution door of the HVAC system, controlling how climate-treated air is divided between the cabin outlets — instrument panel vents for face-level airflow, footwell ducts for floor heating, or the front screen defroster channel.
Common failure symptoms include the ventilation delivery direction becoming fixed and unresponsive to driver commands, clicking or grinding sounds from within the heater housing, and fault codes relating to distribution flap control stored in the vehicle ECU.
Supplied in good used condition. Verify OEM part number 6912524 matches your vehicle before purchase. Professional installation is recommended and coding may be needed after fitting. 14-day return policy applies.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
