Description
BMW OEM air distribution flap actuator, part number 6917941, removed from a BMW vehicle and tested to verify functional condition. This OEM used unit is available as a direct replacement part.
Acting on instructions from the climate control module, this actuator positions the distribution flap to channel air where required — to the dash-level outlets for face ventilation, the floor vents for foot warming, or the screen defrost duct.
A seized or failing actuator typically causes airflow to remain locked in a fixed direction, produces repetitive mechanical noise from behind the dashboard trim, and may trigger fault codes in the climate control system.
This unit is in good used condition. Confirm your OEM number is 6917941 prior to ordering. Installation should be performed by a qualified technician, and software coding may be needed. 14-day returns accepted.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
