Description
OEM reference 6922663 fits the BMW E65 and E66 7 Series as a Light Control Module (LCM), covering the 2001 to 2008 production run. This is a genuine used component, fully inspected and tested before dispatch.
The LCM governs all primary lighting circuits on these flagship models, including dipped and main beam headlights, front and rear fog lights, daytime running lights and parking lights, as well as interior lighting and instrument cluster dimming. On xenon or bi-xenon equipped variants, the module also manages automatic headlight levelling.
Failure of the LCM typically manifests as headlights not activating or switching correctly, main beam faults, non-functioning DRLs, interior lighting errors, and on xenon variants, headlight levelling malfunctions. BMW diagnostic tools will log corresponding fault codes.
Always confirm the OEM part number against your vehicle’s data before purchase. Professional fitting is strongly advised. BMW ISTA coding is required after installation. Returns are accepted within 14 days.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
