Description
Part number 8376694 with Siemens/Hella supplier reference 5DK007047-24 — this genuine BMW 5 Series E39 Body Comfort Control Module is supplied used and fully tested.
Fitted to the E39 5 Series, the module handles central locking for all doors and the boot, enables one-touch window operation and the comfort-close function triggered by holding the remote key, sequences interior and courtesy lighting, and controls boot illumination. Where fitted, it also manages heated seat scheduling and electric mirror folding.
Signs of failure include the central locking system becoming unresponsive to both the remote and the door button, electric windows losing their one-touch operation, interior lighting not activating when doors are opened, the comfort-close feature stopping, and the boot being excluded from the locking cycle.
Verify OEM reference 8376694 suits your build before purchase. Fitting by a qualified technician is advisable, and BMW ISTA coding is required after installation to link the module to the vehicle. Returns accepted within 14 days.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
