Description
BMW OEM air distribution flap actuator, part number 985459H06, compatible with BMW E81, E87, E90, E91, E92, and E93 models. This genuine used component has been tested to verify operation and is prepared for direct OEM replacement.
The actuator positions the distribution flap inside the HVAC housing, directing climate-conditioned air between the face-level panel vents, the footwell outlets, and the windscreen demist grille as commanded by the climate control unit.
Common failure indicators include the ventilation direction becoming fixed and unresponsive, mechanical clicking from inside the heater assembly, and the climate control system storing fault codes related to flap motor position.
Supplied in good used condition. Confirm part number 985459H06 and model compatibility before ordering. A qualified technician should perform the installation, and coding may be required. Returns accepted within 14 days.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
