This air suspension module regulates the pneumatic ride system of the A8 and S8 D3, monitoring ride-height sensor data, operating the compressor and air spring solenoids, and adjusting the suspension level to maintain the correct platform height under all load and speed conditions.
A defective module can cause an uneven or sagging vehicle stance, refusal to adjust between ride-height settings, persistent suspension fault warnings, or the system locking into a reduced-height limp mode that restricts normal suspension operation.
