Description
Matching OEM number 69143649, this genuine used BMW E46 3 Series (1997–2006) Comfort Control Module (CCM) was carefully removed and tested to verify its condition and function before listing.
The Comfort Control Module serves as the E46’s convenience electronics controller, overseeing central locking for all doors and the boot, latching one-touch operation of the electric windows, comfort-close and comfort-open activated through the remote key, interior and courtesy lighting, boot illumination, and the vehicle’s infrared key receiver. Electric folding mirrors, on models that have them, are controlled by this same unit.
Common signs of CCM failure include a remote key that can no longer lock or unlock the doors, electric windows that lose the one-touch latch and must be held throughout their travel, interior or boot lights that misbehave, comfort-close functions that no longer activate, and a remote key that operates inconsistently or stops working altogether.
Check OEM number 69143649 before ordering. Professional installation and ISTA/P or ISTA/D coding are required after fitting to pair the module to the vehicle. 14-day returns on unmodified, uninstalled units.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
