Description
This is a used original BMW iDrive Controller CCC multimedia knob for BMW vehicles equipped with the CCC infotainment system, with OEM number 6941801. It is the rotary control unit used in the center console to operate core multimedia and navigation functions.
The controller sends driver inputs to the iDrive system, allowing smooth menu navigation, selection, scrolling and access to entertainment, communication and vehicle information features. It is a key interface between the driver and the BMW multimedia platform, giving precise control over on-screen functions while driving.
Common signs of a faulty unit include erratic scrolling, missed selections, sticking or loose knob movement, inconsistent button response, or inability to navigate menus correctly. Wear in the rotary mechanism or internal switch contacts can make the infotainment system difficult or frustrating to use.
This is a used genuine part, removed from a vehicle and tested before sale. Please match 6941801 exactly before ordering. Professional installation is recommended, and coding, programming or adaptation may be required depending on vehicle configuration and equipment.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
