Description
OEM part number 8355818 fits the BMW E32 7 Series (1986–1994) and E34 5 Series (1988–1995) as a Body Comfort Control Module. This relay-based unit is a genuine used part, fully inspected and tested before dispatch.
The Body Comfort Control Module governs key convenience and comfort functions on these classic BMW models, including central locking for all doors, electric window operation, interior lighting, and remote central locking where the vehicle is fitted with this option. The module employs the relay-based body control architecture common to this era of BMW production.
Typical failure symptoms include complete or partial central locking failure across one or more doors, electric windows failing to respond, interior lights becoming inoperative, and remote central locking not functioning where equipped.
Confirm the OEM part number is correct for your vehicle before ordering. Professional fitting is recommended. Some variants may require basic adaptation with older BMW diagnostic tools such as GT1 or ISTA; others are plug-and-play. Returns accepted within 14 days.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
