Description
BMW E39 OEM air distribution flap actuator, part number 8363797, removed from a genuine BMW E39 and individually tested for correct mechanical and electrical function. This genuine used part is ready for direct OEM replacement in E39 applications.
The actuator drives the distribution flap within the E39 HVAC box, routing climate-conditioned air to the correct delivery zone — face-level outlets, footwell vents, or the windscreen demist channel — as commanded by the climate control unit.
Typical signs of failure on the E39 include the ventilation direction becoming locked in one position, clicking or resistance sounds from behind the dashboard, and HVAC diagnostic scans recording a flap positioning fault code.
Supplied in good used condition. Confirm OEM number 8363797 is correct for your E39 before ordering. A qualified technician should perform the installation, and coding may be needed. 14-day returns accepted.
Returns accepted only for genuine faults — faulty on arrival, not as described, or wrong part supplied — requested within 14 days, with all 3 anti-tamper stickers intact. No returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, coding/programming, or buyer compatibility errors; checking compatibility (OEM number, firmware, vehicle) is the buyer’s responsibility.
