It monitors sensor inputs and controls core diesel engine systems such as injection timing, fuel delivery, boost management and emissions-related operation. As the central control module, it helps the engine start correctly, run smoothly, deliver stable performance and maintain efficient combustion under changing load and temperature conditions.
