8377593 BMW E38 E39 Passenger Door Module PM-BT – OEM Used & Tested

Descriere

This BMW passenger door module is a genuine OEM electronic component for BMW E38 7 Series and E39 5 Series vehicles, fitted in the passenger side door. Primary OEM number 8377593, marked PM-BT. It is designed to operate the passenger side power window, the mirror adjustment motors and the door lock actuator from the switch and central locking commands.

Its job is to evaluate every command from the door switches and the central locking, to power the window, the mirror and the lock in the passenger door at the right moment and to keep the body electronics informed about the door status. A properly working passenger door module supports even glass travel, precise mirror adjustment and dependable locking and unlocking in daily use.

Common signs of a faulty unit include a passenger window that sticks, stops halfway or does not move, a mirror that does not adjust or fold, a lock that fails to respond to the remote or the central locking, a switch pack that reacts only sometimes, or several functions failing at once. When the module fails, the passenger door may lose its comfort functions, and related fault codes may be stored in memory.

This is a used original part, removed from a vehicle and tested before sale. Match the exact OEM number 8377593 before ordering, and check that the connector type and the passenger door side match your original unit. Professional installation is recommended, and a diagnostic scan and a check of window, mirror and lock operation should be performed after fitting where applicable.
