Описание
This Mercedes central locking module is a genuine OEM electronic control component for the Mercedes Vito and Viano W638. Primary OEM number 0004461019. It is designed to control the central locking system of the vehicle, locking and unlocking the doors together from the key, the remote control or the interior switch.
Its job is to receive the signals from the door lock switches, the key and the remote receiver and to send the correct commands to the door lock actuators, including the sliding doors and the rear doors where fitted. It also works together with the interior locking button and the door contacts, so the vehicle always knows the state of every door. A properly working central locking module supports reliable locking, convenient entry and correct operation of the security and comfort functions of the van.
Common signs of a faulty unit include doors that do not lock or unlock together, a remote control that works only sometimes, one or more door actuators that no longer react, doors that lock or unlock by themselves, or a central locking system that stays dead after a battery change. When the module fails, the vehicle may be difficult to secure and the doors may need to be locked manually with the key.
This is a used original part, removed from a vehicle and tested before sale. Match the exact OEM number 0004461019 before ordering. Professional installation is recommended, and a check of the door lock actuators and wiring and key or remote synchronization where applicable should follow installation.
